DIDIIKE, a key figure in Francophone Dancehall, made his mark in 2005 with the hit "West Indies," which topped the charts in Martinique (NRJ, TRACE) and quickly cemented his place as one of the genre's leading artists. After winning the island's first Dancehall competition, he became a household name. Raised on Gospel music by his parents, DIDIIKE began writing songs at 14, influenced by the Dancehall sounds of the time. His unique blend of French Urban Pop, Hip-hop, and RnB creates captivating, romantic, and liberating melodies.
In 2006, DIDIIKE released his debut album Rockin’ Vibes and the hit single "100% Reggaeton," which reached #1 on NRJ Martinique. Over the years, he’s dropped 3 albums, 9 singles, 1 EP, and appeared on 21 compilations under major labels like Wagram, Don’s Music, and EMI France. Now based in France, the self-taught artist is preparing his highly anticipated third album, due in 2025, which will blend Dancehall and Afrobeat influences.
